Our DentalCare 1200 Plan covers allowable charges for
dental services at 100% coverage for preventive services,
at 80% for basic services and at 50% coverage for major
services. The combined lifetime deductible is only
$100 per person which applies to all covered dental
services. There is a maximum contract year benefit
